What we clean on these sites
Every quote starts with a walk of the site, so the scope matches what is actually there rather than a template. On retail & car parks work, these are the areas that usually make the list.
The machines we bring
Sending the wrong machine wastes everybody's morning. Here is what normally rolls off the truck for this kind of site.
Ride-on sweeper
Fast coverage across large decks with dust control that will not haze the cars.
Ride-on scrubber
Takes the black rubber and oil film off concrete that sweeping alone leaves grey.
High pressure cleaning
Trolley bays, entry aprons and footpaths — gum, drink spills and bin-area stains.
What goes wrong without it
It reads as neglect
Customers do not separate a dirty car park from the business it belongs to. Leaf litter and grit in the bays tell them nobody is looking after the place.
Slip and trip claims
Loose grit, spilled drinks and wet leaves on a smooth deck are exactly what turns up in an incident report.
Blocked deck drainage
Leaves and silt in the deck drains flood the lower levels in the first big Queensland storm.
A schedule that actually holds
Frequency is driven by how fast material arrives on the surface, not by the calendar. These are the cycles we see work in practice.
Retail & car parks — common questions
Something else? Call 1300 387 713 and talk to someone who runs the machines.
Can you work overnight so we do not lose bays?
Yes — most of our retail work is done between close and open. We can split a large site across several nights so no level is ever fully closed.
Will the sweeper fit in our basement?
Our ride-on machines are chosen for low-clearance work. Send us the height limit at the entry and we will confirm which machine suits before we commit.
Do you clean the trolley bays and footpaths too?
Yes. Sweeping handles the loose material; pressure cleaning handles the gum, spills and stains. Most centres run both together.
Can we start with one clean before committing?
Of course. Plenty of centres start with a one-off deep clean, then move to a weekly or monthly cycle once they see the difference.
