What we clean on these sites
Every quote starts with a walk of the site, so the scope matches what is actually there rather than a template. On councils & government work, these are the areas that usually make the list.
The machines we bring
Sending the wrong machine wastes everybody's morning. Here is what normally rolls off the truck for this kind of site.
Regenerative-air street sweeper
Fine sediment across a full lane width, air recirculated rather than exhausted.
Ride-on sweeper
Car parks, plazas and facilities a road truck cannot access.
High pressure cleaning
Footpaths, bus shelters, pavers and town-centre furniture.
What goes wrong without it
Sediment into the waterways
What sits in the channel ends up in the creek and the bay. Sweeping is the cheapest control a council has.
Blocked gully pits
A capped grate turns a routine downpour into localised flooding — and a round of complaints.
Road safety and surface life
Grit at roundabouts and crossings is a skid hazard, and it wears the seal you are trying to protect.
A schedule that actually holds
Frequency is driven by how fast material arrives on the surface, not by the calendar. These are the cycles we see work in practice.
Councils & government — common questions
Something else? Call 1300 387 713 and talk to someone who runs the machines.
Do you tender for scheduled council contracts?
Yes — programmed street sweeping is core work for us, and we will price a multi-year run as readily as a single suburb.
Can you supply compliance documentation?
Yes. Insurances, inductions, operator tickets and disposal records are supplied with the quote or on request.
Will you travel to regional Queensland?
We have run machines and crews through regional Queensland and into northern New South Wales. Travel is quoted openly as its own line.
Can you report on what was swept?
Yes. We can report runs completed, hours on site and hopper loads disposed, at whatever interval your contract requires.
