We’re a Queensland-owned sweeping and cleaning contractor, running since 2003 from our depot in Cornubia. Our crews keep car parks, warehouses, roads and civil sites clean across South East Queensland.
We’re hiring a diesel mechanic for the yard right now, and we’re always keen to hear from good machine operators.
Diesel mechanic with electrical and hydraulic experience
Join the team in our Cornubia yard and keep our sweeper, scrubber and truck fleet working. Every machine that goes out on a job comes back through your workshop.
What you’ll do
- Service, maintain and repair our sweepers, scrubbers and trucks
- Find and fix electrical faults, from wiring and sensors to controllers and charging systems
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, including pumps, motors, rams, hoses and valves
- Carry out scheduled servicing so machines are ready for the next shift
- Keep clear service and repair records
What you’ll bring
- A diesel or heavy vehicle mechanic trade qualification, or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience fault-finding electrical systems
- Hands-on experience with hydraulic systems
- A current driver licence
- A practical, reliable approach and a good fit with a small team
