What the service covers
Scope is set at the site walk, so you are quoted for what is actually there rather than a template.
Machines we use
The machine is matched to the surface and the clearance — sending the wrong one wastes everybody’s morning.
Ride-on sweepers
Fast coverage on large decks and slabs, with panel and pocket filter dust control.
Walk-behind sweepers
Aisles, docks and back-of-house where clearance is tight.
Industrial vacuums
Fine dust and wet pick-up around production and fit-out work.
How the job runs
Four steps, every time, whether it is a one-off or a five-year contract.
Site walk
We walk the site, measure the sealed area and note access, clearances and trading hours.
Machine match
The machine is chosen for the surface and the clearance, not for what is free that day.
Fixed cycle
A set day and window so your staff and trades can plan around it.
Check and adjust
After the first few runs we tune the frequency up or down to what the site actually needs.
Contract sweeping — common questions
Something else? Call 1300 387 713 and talk to someone who runs the machines.
What does contract sweeping include?
Machine and operator on site, the sweep itself, hopper tipping and disposal of the captured material. Anything outside that — pressure cleaning, scrubbing, bin areas — is quoted as its own line so you can see it.
How is sweeping priced?
By machine hours on site, travel, how many hopper tips the job needs and disposal. A large open area with one tip is cheap per square metre; a small cluttered site that fills the hopper is not.
Sweeping or scrubbing — what is the difference?
Sweeping removes loose material sitting on the surface. Scrubbing removes what is stuck to it — rubber, oil film, ingrained grime. Most sites need sweeping on a cycle and scrubbing periodically on top.
Can you work outside trading hours?
Yes, and most contract sweeping is done that way. Overnight and early-morning runs keep us clear of your customers, staff and trades.
