How do you handle residents' cars?
We work level by level and around whatever is parked. For a full scrub the committee usually notices residents ahead of time so a level can be cleared.
Will the machine fit in our basement?
Send us the height clearance at the entry. Our machines are chosen for low-clearance work, and we confirm the fit before we quote.
Can you invoice the body corporate directly?
Yes — we work with building managers, strata managers and committees, and we can quote a fixed annual scope for the budget.
Do you do the bin room and driveway too?
Yes. Most schemes bundle the basement sweep with a driveway pressure clean and a bin-room scrub on the same visit.
