What we clean on these sites
Every quote starts with a walk of the site, so the scope matches what is actually there rather than a template. On warehousing & logistics work, these are the areas that usually make the list.
The machines we bring
Sending the wrong machine wastes everybody's morning. Here is what normally rolls off the truck for this kind of site.
Walk-behind sweeper
Aisles, back-of-house and anywhere the clearance is tight.
Ride-on scrubber
The only machine that removes rubber and ingrained grime from a concrete slab.
Industrial vacuum
Fine dust and wet pick-up around production and fit-out work.
What goes wrong without it
Dust on the stock
Fine dust settles on cartons and shrink wrap. In food and pharma facilities that is an audit finding, not an aesthetic issue.
Wear on the machinery
Grit on a slab is an abrasive. It shortens forklift tyre life and chews out slab joints and floor coatings.
Invisible line marking
Rubber film over aisle markings and pedestrian walkways undermines the traffic-management plan you paid to set up.
A schedule that actually holds
Frequency is driven by how fast material arrives on the surface, not by the calendar. These are the cycles we see work in practice.
Warehousing & logistics — common questions
Something else? Call 1300 387 713 and talk to someone who runs the machines.
Can you work while the shift is running?
Yes — we plan the run around your pick paths and work aisle by aisle. For the heaviest scrubbing we would rather take a night shift or a shutdown window.
Are your operators inducted?
Every operator is trained and site-inducted before starting, and we will supply whatever documentation your facility or auditor requires with the quote.
Sweeping or scrubbing — which do we need?
Sweeping removes loose material; scrubbing removes what is stuck to the concrete. Most warehouses need sweeping on a cycle and scrubbing periodically on top.
Do you handle the external yard as well?
Yes. Sweeping the sealed yard and dock apron is the cheapest way to keep material from being tracked onto the slab in the first place.
