The four services
Which one do you need?
The quickest way to sort it: identify what is actually on the surface.
| What is on the surface | The service | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Grit, leaf litter, dust, litter, gravel, spoil | Contract sweeping | Loose material is collected into a hopper. Fast across large areas. |
| Forklift rubber, oil film, tyre marks, grey concrete | Floor scrubbing | Bonded soil needs water, detergent, agitation and recovery — a sweeper cannot lift it. |
| Chewing gum, set oil stains, mould, traffic film | High pressure cleaning | Small areas, stuck contaminants, substrate-sensitive. |
| Sediment tracked onto a public road, kerb and channel debris | Road & street sweeping | Full lane width, high-capacity hopper, and usually a compliance obligation. |
| A mix of the above | Two services on different cycles | Sweeping on a cycle, scrubbing or pressure cleaning periodically on top. |
How an ongoing contract works
We walk the site, measure the sealed area and note access, clearances and trading hours.
The machine is chosen for the surface and the clearance, not for what happens to be free.
A set day and window so your staff and trades can plan around it.
After the first few runs we tune the frequency to what the site actually needs.

Service questions
Something else? Call 1300 387 713 and talk to someone who runs the machines.
Which service does my site need?
Loose material across a sealed area is sweeping. Material bonded into concrete is scrubbing. Gum, oil and grime on a smaller area is pressure cleaning. Roads and kerb lines are street sweeping. Most commercial sites need two of the four, on different cycles.
Can I get all four on one contract?
Yes, and most ongoing clients do. One schedule, one point of contact, one invoice.
Do you do one-off work or only contracts?
Both. Plenty of clients start with a one-off project or hand-over clean and move to a cycle once they see the difference.
Can we run the machines ourselves instead?
Yes — sweeper and scrubber hire is available daily, weekly or for the length of the project, delivered with operator instruction.
