What the service covers
Scope is set at the site walk, so you are quoted for what is actually there rather than a template.
Machines we use
The machine is matched to the surface and the clearance — sending the wrong one wastes everybody’s morning.
Ride-on scrubbers
Large slabs and decks — scrub, recover and dry in a single pass.
Walk-behind scrubbers
Aisles, ramps, corridors and tight bays.
Pre-sweep and vacuum
We sweep first. Scrubbing over loose grit just makes slurry.
How the job runs
Four steps, every time, whether it is a one-off or a five-year contract.
Test patch
On a first clean we scrub a test patch so you can see the realistic result before committing.
Sweep first
Loose material comes off first — otherwise the scrubber turns it into mud.
Scrub and recover
Water and detergent down, agitated, then vacuumed back up so the floor is walkable behind us.
Maintenance cycle
A deep scrub resets the slab; a lighter cycle keeps it there for far less money.
Floor scrubbing — common questions
Something else? Call 1300 387 713 and talk to someone who runs the machines.
Will scrubbing remove tyre marks completely?
Most of them, yes. Rubber that has been heat-bonded into old, porous concrete may not come out entirely — we will tell you that at the test patch rather than after the invoice.
Does the floor need to be closed?
Only the section being scrubbed, and only briefly. Our machines recover their own water, so the floor is walkable close behind the machine.
How often should a warehouse floor be scrubbed?
High-throughput distribution centres often scrub weekly or fortnightly. Lighter-traffic warehouses do well on a monthly scrub with sweeping in between.
What happens to the dirty water?
It is recovered into the machine's tank and disposed of appropriately — it does not go down your stormwater drain.
