How rental differs from daily hire
The machine lives at your site for the term rather than coming and going. The rate drops substantially per day, servicing is scheduled into the agreement, and you get continuity — the same machine, the same controls, the same trained operators, rather than whatever was free that week.
What a rental agreement covers
The machine, delivery and collection, scheduled servicing during the term, consumables, and replacement if a unit is out of action long enough to matter. Fuel and disposal of swept material sit with you unless you ask us to price them in.
Rental versus buying
Buying makes sense when the machine will run most days for years and you have someone to service it. Rental makes sense when the need is real but finite, when the capital is better spent elsewhere, or when you would rather somebody else carried the maintenance and replacement risk. On a two-year project, rental usually wins outright.
Choosing the machine for a long term
Over a long term the sizing mistake compounds. A machine slightly too large for your aisles costs you operator time every single shift; one too small costs you passes. We walk the site before a rental starts rather than sending a machine off a description, because you will live with the choice for months.
Servicing and uptime
On rental agreements the servicing interval is ours to manage and ours to turn up for. If a machine goes down long enough to affect you, we swap it. That is the practical difference between renting and owning — the downtime becomes our problem instead of yours.

Sweeper machine rental — questions
Something else? Call 1300 387 713 and talk to someone who runs the machines.
What is the minimum rental term?
Monthly is the usual starting point. Anything shorter is better handled as weekly hire, which carries a different rate.
Is servicing included in a rental?
Yes. Scheduled servicing during the term is part of the agreement, and we come to the machine rather than asking you to send it in.
Can we rent with an operator?
Yes. Some sites rent the machine and use their own inducted staff; others take a machine plus one of our operators on a set roster. Both are quoted openly.
Can a rental convert to a purchase?
Talk to us about the machine and the term. On longer agreements there is usually a sensible conversation to be had rather than a fixed policy.
What happens at the end of the term?
We collect the machine, or we extend, or we swap it for a different class if the work has changed. Nothing is automatic and nothing rolls over without you agreeing to it.
